Melissa has been with Superior for nearly 16 years and proudly maintains ServiceTitan’s highest level of Administrator certification. She was honored to represent Superior on a Times Square billboard and brings the same dedication to her work every day.

She lives in Wyoming with her husband of 19 years and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys camping in their fifth wheel, exploring the Tetons, crocheting award-winning projects, and spending time with family and friends—especially cheering on her many nieces and nephews.
